Pumpkin Cheesecake

I just discovered that Pinterest is full of horrible pictures of pumpkin cheesecake.  Come one people, it’s not that hard.

Here, look at this one.  I took this with a 5Mpx Canon Powershot about 5 years ago.  Just take 2 minutes to make the plate look presentable.

Here’s a couple tips.

Make sure the cheesecake is very cold before you cut it.  Make sure your knife is clean and dip it in water before each cut.  Drizzle some caramel sauce and sprinkle some cookie crumbs on top.  Then throw a pinch of cinnamon on top.  You really don’t taste the cinnamon or the cookie crumbs, that’s just for looks.  But what looks good, tastes better.  Use a nice looking place and make sure you don’t have random stuff in the background.
