Well, it looks like I may have to hold off a little longer on the Develligent website. Grant and Jeremy have been working on Turn Key Client Care for a little while now (like 3 months) and I had given up hope of doing the design work for it. Apparently, they are finally ready for some branding to be done and had me do some mock ups. (available in my clients area of course) They really liked them and now it looks like I will be doing all the markup for the site. It’s going to be really cool when it’s done. It’s a service that lets you come in and create pdf newsletters on the fly and then have them printed out and mailed to your clientele.

I got my DSL hooked up and running finally. Sure is nice. Also, very exciting news from the business world… Develligent is now a real business with business license, tax ID, bank account, clients and even a little money in the bank. Still no website though. Don’t believe me? Check it out and see for yourself. I hopefully will be building it very soon. I should be done with my current project in a week or so. You can see the current mock ups in my clients area. It’s funny, most of the projects listed in my clients area are not really “my” clients. They are things I am working on in conjunction with other people or just my own stuff.

Well, it seems that my internet access provider, Digis Networks, has sold out or something. I went to log on the other night and the only page that would come up is a page that says, “Sign up for crappy service and only pay an arm and an leg!” I think I’ve had about enough of that. So yesterday, I ordered DSL. Then I had to get a Cisco 678 router. Where else can you turn but to Ebay. so I got one for a sniped price of $152.00 with all the cool accessories. I finished selling all the smart media cards by the way. ‘Cept for one, I’m keeping it. Still, I ended up making over $40.00 and a free smart media card. Not too bad.
